Ingredients:
2 4 oz of Wild caught salmon
2 Gloves Garlic
1 TBS oil of your choice (I used Avocado Oil)
1/2 tsp Paprika
½ TSP Salt
½ TSP cumin
¼ tsp pepper
Unbleached parchment pepper.
Lime Dressing or Topping:
1 cup juiced lime
2 TSP avocado oil or olive oil
½ cup cilantro
¼ diced onion
Mix all of the first list ingredients and rub it on the salmon and bake or grill the salmon to your choice.
Dice the second ingredients list or put them in the food processor or a blender.
As the fish is cooked, you can add the topping the way you like it.
I usually use rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice on the side.
